Alternative healing modalities serviced through Crystalline Healix and its associates, representatives, and owners are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Due to legalities and liability, we must announce you are free to always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment before undertaking a new health care regimen including alternative energy healing, hypnosis, quantum energetic healing modalities, and/or new belief systems of alternative healing, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website, or as the result of any of the healing sessions purchased by you or anyone in your representation.
Crystalline Healix, its owners, associates, and/or representatives may elect to not proceed with any one session, therefore, denying the service as deemed necessary to any one customer or client at any given time; for such, no fee shall be taken and any partial payments shall be returned which at such point, we will not be liable for any costs incurred to make such session possible (including but not limited to travel, hotel, rentals, recording equipment purchases, etc.)
Sessions may be digitally recorded for possible uploading onto social media platforms or used in the publication of written and/or digital essays, books, and/or excerpts. Your name shall not be used in public including written books, editorials, blogs, mass media platforms, radio shows, or televised shows, however, the story provided through your personalized session may be used as story lines to share.
Sessions that are recorded will be emailed to the client for their future reference. We are not responsible for any hacking of equipment and released information made public by using emails, texts, media platforms. Know that once you agree to receive your recorded session link, Crystalline Healix, its owners, representatives, and/or associates are released and held harmless from any and all risk of shared confidential information including but not limited to equipment static, no audio, mis-connection or lack of, blank recordings, silent recordings, blurred or distorted images or sounds. If such would occur, rescheduling an aborted session is at the sole discretion of the facilitator.
The services, blogs, story lines, channelings, featured paintings, may have a resemblance to someone you know including yourself but are not based on your or their factual tangible evidence nor biography nor image nor published in relation. This service is provided as a form of entertainment for the sake of legalities in all its forms.
