Property & Land Clearings
Service Description
Property Clearings are done remotely with the floorplan, full address, and exterior picture if inside a subdivision. Each room or space is fully scanned in search of negative dense energies, earthbound beings, open portals, ancient land curses, and even negative artificial intelligence including cyborg attachments which are disintegrated, resourced, or alchemized as needed with the use of distance viewing and bi-location with the guidance and assistance of angelic beings. Session lasts 1.5 hours and is done remotely. Being present in the session is optional. To complete this session, please submit your floor plan and full address of the property, lot, or land. If you live inside a subdivision where we cannot access the street view (Google Maps), you must provide us with pictures of the whole house from the street including the sides and back yard PLUS a picture of the street so we can notice the neighboring properties. In the floor plan, please indicate where TV cables, air conditioners, appliances, cable boxes, stereos, etc. are since these harbor negative artificial intelligence. You receive a full PDF with the findings, solutions, cures, the clearings that were completed, and if there's work you have to do within the home, at the office, or on the land. We also provide you with links and pictures of items needed sometimes to extend the clearings.

Cancellation Policy
Esoteric Vibes appreciates your support and loyalty. To continue providing optimum service in a structured manner, we have added 2 practitioners offering you a broader scope of options. Session cancellations and refunds will not be granted. Once you book a session, you can reschedule or exchange it for another type of session as long as it is with the same practitioner. To avoid last-minute rescheduling, please do not schedule your sessions more than a month out. To reschedule your session, please let us know within 3 hours of your appointment. Thank you.
